HOSPITAL SESSION - APRIL & MAY

**PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW ON BOOKING.**

HOW IT WORKS -

It says it in the title, these sessions are held in the hospital on arrival of your little one.
Capturing the first few hours of your new Babys journey in life.
This session is a luxury, very simple and very relaxed.

Short and sweet, these sessions are up to 30 minutes long and held during visiting hours, following the rules of CUMH, your session will be held between 4-6pm.

Parents and Siblings are welcome to join in, but of course we can keep it solely focused on your new little Baby if you wish.
My aim is to capture some moments of Baby asleep in their cot, swaddled in your blanket, some tiny toes and fingers, a Family photo with some snuggles and if Siblings are attending we'll definitely work our magic here too!

On booking I will be in touch to organise your session, date and time.

INCLUDES : 1 digital image & a keepsake pocket of your favourite 10 images printed 6x4 in size
WHEN CAN I BOOK: booking Babies due in April & May at the moment. Later dates will be added closer to due dates.
WHERE: CUMH only, at allocated visiting hours only.

Please read the information below ahead of booking.
-On booking you will be asked to sign a copy of a T&C ahead of your session.

-Cameras, including mobile phone cameras, and recording devices may not be used to photograph or video during our session.

-You’re Images will be available to view from an online Gallery 4-6 weeks after the Session.

- All images will be watermarked and available to view from an online Gallery. From here you will choose your favourites to keep. Extra digitals or prints can be purchased separately from the online Shop.

-If you need to cancel your session please make contact to reschedule your booking 24 hours in advance.

-The booking fee is non refundable but will be replaced with a credit note.

- Payment for the Session is due in advance to hold the date and time.

-Session fee covers photographer's time and talent during the photo session, post production of the images and the images included as part of the session.

-As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. Images presented to the client are the only images available. Requesting to see alternative images will be denied.

-There is no guarantee of the number of the images presented from a session. Many factors contribute to this including the cooperativeness of the subject and setting.

-If digital images are purchased, you may not alter the images or their style in any way. This includes adding filters from apps such as Instagram or Facebook or black & white conversions. If prints are purchased you may not make copies with the photographer's permission.

-Extra digital images can be purchased separately, stating at a price of €25. Please contact Ciara Murphy Photography for full access to online shop and prices.

-For subjects who are minors you certify that you are legally able to give consent for the minor child.

-It is your responsibility to follow the visitor rules of CUMH. Your session will only be held during visitor hours.

-You agree that Ciara Murphy Photography may use such images for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to their own publicity, illustration, advertising, web content including Social Media and professional photography competitions. To keep your images private please request this at the time of booking.
